Dr. Sushil Kulkarni

Professor and Dean

Dr. Sushil Kulkarni has a multi-disciplinary academic and research background specializing in Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Deep Learning, and Database Systems.

He holds a Master’s in Mathematics and a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Mumbai. With over 35 years of teaching experience across Mathematics, Statistics, and Computer Science, Dr. Kulkarni previously served as Associate Professor and Head of Mathematics at Jai Hind College for 32 years. He also served as a visiting faculty at the University of Mumbai for 20 years.

His work applies machine learning to domains like business, social sciences, biological sciences, and computational mathematics, with over 30 research papers published.

He serves on the editorial board of three international journals, has delivered talks at 5 international and over 20 national conferences/workshops, and is currently a Ph.D. guide in Computer Science at the University of Mumbai.

Dr. Kavita Jain,

Assistant Professor

She has worked as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science, University Of Mumbai. She as a visiting Faculty for the Institute of Distance and Open Learning, University of Mumbai for MSC computer science and Information technology and a Project guide for MC
